Return Policy

GMETRIX will accept products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided the access code(s) have not been used more than two times. No returns will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or for electronic activation once an access code has been used more than twice.

GMETRIX does not guarantee successful delivery via download. If the customer is unable to download the product successfully, the customer may have the product delivered via one of our alternative shipping methods. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Exchange Policy

GMETRIX products may be exchanged up to 6 months from the date of purchase provided the product was not activated.
